Returns

We take great pride in the quality of our products. As a result, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. Before finalizing your purchase, please ensure that the product meets your expectations.

Refunds

Refunds will only be granted under the following specific conditions:

  1. Product Unavailability: If a product is unavailable after payment has been made, we will issue a full refund for that item. The refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  2. Damaged Product: If the product is damaged during the delivery process, you are entitled to request a refund. To proceed with the claim, you must provide clear pictures of the damaged product within 48 hours of delivery. Once the damage is verified, we will initiate the refund process.
  3. Lost in Transit: In the event that the product is lost in transit, and the delivery fails to be completed, a full refund will be processed. If you suspect that your order has been lost, please contact us immediately, and we will investigate the issue.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days once the issue has been verified and confirmed.

Cancellations

Punpun Pickles reserves the right to cancel any order for various reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Unavailability of stock
  • Incomplete or incorrect customer information
  • Technical issues with our order processing system

If we cancel your order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund within 5-7 business days.

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet and you want to cancel it, log in with with OTP or password with your registered email. Select your order, and you'll see the option to cancel. Please note that once the order is dispatched, cancellation isn't possible.

Additional Important Notes

  1. In-Transit Orders: We do not offer refunds, replacements, or cancellations for orders that are already in transit or have been delivered.
  2. Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
  3. Product Condition: To be eligible for a refund for damaged products, the item must be returned in its original packaging, and the damage must be documented with photographs provided by the customer.
  4. Policy Updates: Punpun Pickles reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
